Try putting exercises in alternating days so that you allow certain body parts to recover while others are getting the work.
Take note that you shouldn’t overlook the resting period either. The resting period for muscle groups is the time in which your body recovers and gets stronger.
By doing all of these correctly, you would soon find out that exercising would be the a very quick way to lose weight from the comfort of your home.. You don’t need to spend on anything or worry about going to different places just to stay in shape.
