Keeping regular cholesterol in the body

In order to be certain of healthy cholesterol levels, doctors suggest that all individuals who are in the age of 20 have to see their physicians and their cholesterol level checked. 1 cup chicken stock
1 large ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
ΒΌ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Put the chopped avocado in your electric blender and blend well. Add the chicken stock with the avocado with continuous stirring then add hot pepper sauce, salt and black pepper to taste. So simple and easy.
