Why Running Is So Important

Starting the day off with a run is probably the best thing for your health and its also the best way to lose weight and get in shape. I find running in the morning is good just because I go ahead and get it out of the way and I don’t have to worry about doing it the rest of the day. And its also easier doing it earlier in the morning so everyday things do come up and prevent you from being able to do your workout.
